Unhappy VMAR F-18 Hornet 57in

Hey guys, I just finished assembling the F-18 Hornet, a 57 inch wingspan ARF kit from RichmondRC in Canada. The ARF kit came with a Vmax .91 2-stroke engine. I've attempted the maiden flight just recently and it didn't go so well. There were lots of issues with the ARF kit build and I thought I had resolved all of them. Obviously not all of them. Anyway, on takeoff, I ran to the end of our club's 200 foot concrete runway and had to pull up to get the plane to lift off the ground. It wouldn't gain any altitude and began to slowly wallow back and forth under full throttle and ended up stalling and crashing 50 feet from the end of the runway. I'm working on putting the plane back together after extensive damage to the nose. I'd be happy to outline all the things I have had to deal with in the build and what I believe may have been the root cause(s) of the failed attempted takeoff. If interested, respond and I'll reply - heck this may be therapeutic for me. (If anyone is a crisis counselor, please feel free to join in. LOL )
