im balancing a lanier f-4 phantom, i think i balanced it the wrong way, when balancing the jet inverted sould the nose be up or down slightly? i balanced it with the nose up a little and was ready to go to the field when i started to think somethings not right,,,,, i had to add 12oz of weight to get it that way( way to much) i think the nose has to go down, could someone tell me for sure? no flying until you guys let me know for sure; anybody else as dumb as i am? lol

I just sent you a PM on this subject then saw this.
12 oz's isn't to far off if your battery is ahead of the cg. Mine has about 4oz or so but the battery is instaled so that it's right in the back end of the plane.
