I've ordered a couple of RTF helicopters from them. I didn't have any problems, but people that have tried to contact them have complained about their lack of customer service. There can also be a problem if you order lots of individual parts and some of them are in stock and some aren't. Bottom line is you're probably OK... or at least let's hope so. They're also located in the Los Angeles area, so it may take a few days to get to you - especially with the holiday in there.

I believe it is run by the same person who runs Raidentech, my experiences and those of many others have been awful. If possible you may want to cancel the order, I've found buying direct from china is easier and cheaper (I use hoobby.com). Good luck!

If you want to buy one of the Walkera micros, I have had alot of luck with highvolt-heli.com. I have ordered three helis from them with no problems, and lots of parts from them. They are located out of Utah. This goes for anyone interested, they have lots of Walkera parts.
Have fun.

I too just placed an order on 12/30/07 but through Raidentech.com, which is supposed to be the same as Xheli. I have yet to recieve a tracking number or order status,
and they have not replied to the email i sent them, from what ive read on other threads ordering from xheli and raidentech is basically a coin toss. Maybe I'll get lucky and wont have
to battle with sh*%*y customer support to get my Falcon 40.[

I wish you luck with your order too Oneking.

They will NOT answer the phone! The people that do the chat give you nothing! Stay away! They charged my credit card and the product is out of stocK!! I asked them to "Cancel" my order and I still have not been credited. If you do not believe Please call their #. You will NOT get through!! Thank You; Scott

I recently bought a Walkera #4 fixed pitch heli from Xheli.com. It is defective. When I tried to contact them by phone, the parts support line gave me an out-of-service message. I tried the sales number (3 times), but no one answered. I sent e-mails and used their website contact service with no response. In my most recent e-mail, I gave them until January 11, 2008 to respond. If they do not, I am going to report them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. My fear is that they are no longer in business.
