Hello, does anyone know what pitch the blades should be set on when helicopter is sitting still and power on?

On mode one, normal flight you wand maybe negative 1 or two at low stick mid stick you want about plus 4 or 5 full stick about plus 10 to 12. You want a linear curve. I don't like a lot of negative in normal mode because you can hit ground hard when landing. Hope this helps it's how I like mine.
