How do I glue plans to the foam?

What kind of glue should I use to glue the plans to the foam so I can cut out all the pieces? Or, Is there a better way?

Thanks. I used 3M 77 spray glue. A very light mist coat held the plans while I cut out the parts. Then the paper easily peeled off, saving the plans.
