my new projeti
i just finished my new projeti!! totally stock.
the first flight was less than spectacular due to operator error(batt too far forward CofG not correct)
i origionally checked the CofG without the canopy on and the antenna draped over the wing. who knew that the canopy and ant would make such a difference!!??
next flight much better (marked batt and fuse so that never happens again)
i was not impressed with the flight time (500AR batt) however it was new, i guess it needs a few cycles to get going.
i did buy a second projeti and all the gear for a fast bird (mega16/15/3, cc phenix 35 thunderpower 2100 3s lipo, bla bla bla)
just need receiver and servos. I cant wait to see it go!!!!
one question
on cycling batts(nicad nimh)
how long/what rate/for what capacity
i have the triton charger
i am new to some of this. 10 years ago batts were not as sensitive as today as well as not as good as today. i would like to get the most out of the stuff that i have
i currently have
7 cell 900mah nimh
8 cell 500 AR nicad
and a 6&7 cell slo-v batts i dont remember what they are
any advise would be appreciated
thanks in advance
