Default Broken motor shaft on flying wing, ALL Wing Flyers please look!

I have been flying the Windrider Mini Bee (34.5 inch wing) with the Himax 2025, 4300 KV brushless motor. TWICE the motor shaft has sheared off in flight on 2 separate motors. Has anyone had any broken motor shafts in flight before using flying wings with High KV motors? Any responses would greatly be appreciated.

*Also, are all you wing flyers using prop savers with these motors? I was thinking that the repeated landing hitting the prop may have weakened the shaft.

Have you ever balanced your props, or do you just slap them on there (with the price sticker still on the backside) and hope for the best?
I have seen other fliers try it with much slower motors, and it doesn't work for them, either.
