Error aftr sending PM

I am getting the below error after I reply to and send a PM. Can someone point out what the problem is?

Unfortunately, the Moderators have nothing to do with the programming. The new owners have gotten most of the bugs out of the system but a few keep cropping up (It's the old, "Fix this bug and another pops up)
The error messages are nothing to be concerned about. I just ignore them. Eventually, that bug will get fixed too.

Do you moderators inform the programmers of these problems? I would think they would like to know. I should have asked "do the programmers monitor these pages?" I'm just trying to help improve the forum.
