Been a few days and I've noticed that the forums have been slow to load. I did a trace route and see that after 15 attempts the servers Have timed out. After a few mins of waiting the forums will load as expected but then stop loading again.

I ran a console command for tracert on http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/with every attempt timing out.

Anyone else having this issue?

Sure, lots of complaints on the forums. No response by any of the moderators as usual, no feedback from RCU on any solutions to anyof the problems that I've posted about either.

It is interesting that only some forums are slow to load.

The way I speed things up is to load the links I use the most into my browser "favorites." When I get an email from RCU, I go to the browser and select the link and it will open at the "normal" speed.

I'm not sure why this works, but to me it is just the "new" way that RCU works.I think RCUs' motto is"anew feature a day."

What RCU server are you on (scroll to the bottom of RCU's marketplace to see server… rcu2,rcu3...)? What Browser do you use? Is it consistently happening in particular forums?
