Yes, it was sent out by RCU. AMain paid for the email to be sent out. This is a service that RCU has offered from almost the beginning of this site, and will continue into the future. However, I can assure you that the list of all email addresses of our members stays under the control of RCU and is NEVER given out to anybody.
