Where do I edit my profile?

My email address is different in "My Account" and "Forum Settings" and all of this results in not receiving email notifications on threads I follow and threads I started. My email address changed 9 months ago and I was able to change it in RCU "My Account" very easily. I noticed I wasn't receiving email notifications and discovered in Forums, Settings/My Profile it still has my old email.
I select Edit Profile, Edit Email & Password and it says Password not accepted when I try to change my email address. It's the same password I've used since the earth cooled and obviously the same password I use to login to begin with. I even tried changing my password to see if it would take, no luck.
I opened 5 help desk tickets,or sent messages to the support team with no response. Any advice would be appreciated. Can I forward this message to an admin or moderator to escalate? Not sure what to do.
