I have noticed that since RCU includes animated ads, generic and personalized, forum threads take ages to open.

Certainly it may be tested that threads do not fully open and are not browsable til the animated ads fully work.

It is a total pain and a bad point to continue using RCU.

animated adds that are un-requested by the user are a major no no and a deal killer, unless one has a good addblocker.

I wouldn't mind having ads, but they have become malicious and the web sites do nothing to monitor what we get exposed to, these web site continue to shoot themselves in the foot,, I just don't get it
