mobile versions not working

mobile versions not working
So i can get to the RCU homepage and the forum list,but clicking on any of the actual forums bring up "Error: Undefined Constant "featured_mobile_thumb" in ..../includes/functions.php(6462) : eval()'d code on line 13"
I get this with Safari, Firefox and Chrome when using on an iphone or my ipad.

when i googled searched this topic, it pulled it up on the mobile version no problem. If i tried to google search a specific forum, it still shows the same error.
