Default Avitar Loading Problems..."This page cannot be displayed..."

I don't know what it is.....yes I do have to pictures in JPEG format but cannot load anything......HELP PLEASE.......

Do you have a popup blocker? When you click to Upload an Avatar and window will appear for you to select the file from your computer. If you have a blocker in place you may not be able to see it.

That could be a problem, but I don't think that's it it.....I have popups all the time at my moms....but I don't have the pictures that I want up here at my dads computers.....

try reducing the filesize a bit. also disable any popup blockers to see if that is the cause. some firewalls like norton have popup blockers installed which may cause issues. RCU has no popup ads so you don't need 'em here.
