You have to contacdt Nathan, 'PlaneInsane' and let him know you might be interested in become a Moderator. It's not an easy job and one must have a thick skin sometimes but overall you get a lot of satisfaction in seeing the site run smoothly. There are no benefits if you are talking monetarily as it's all run by volunteers.
