How long after upgrading to Platinum Member before you receive these items?

About the magazine: aren't we supposed to get some sort of confirmation? I have received absolutely no correspondence in regard to my magazine of choice; when the mini-subscription will start; or even if the magazine has been notified.

I don't know what to tell you. It took QUITE a while and a couple E-mails before I received the Hat and Decals. I've had no responce to my question about the trial Magizine offer.

the cycle on hats/decals can be as long as 6 weeks depending on when you upgrade. we receive them and then group them all together at the end of month for processing. if you are early in the month then that is 4 weeks until we batch them. then we process them and then there is in transit time for shipping which is why up to 6 weeks.

for magazines the lag is 4-6 weeks for processing and again we run those at month end so if you signed up early in the month then it could be 4 weeks plus up to a week until the reports are processed then the lag time for processing internally for the magazine which can be 4-6. If your beyond this timeframe contact us at support at rcuniverse dot com and we'll check into your particular case.

Thanks for the responce Marc. I was billed for the upgrade on 4/2/04, received hat and decals on 5/19/04, still haven't heard from the trial magizine offer. Your attention will be appreciated. WLJ

If you upgraded 4/2 that means you were processed for decals/magazine at the end of april. the magazine received your order sometime in the first week of may. that would mean you should get an issue around june/july. I know it is slow but the processing for magazines tends to be a little slow plus you were early in the april cycle maximizing the lag.
