Sometimes, there isn't a quick reply place on some threads??!!?!
I went one some threads on here, and like on the one: "What is a trol" I went to the bottom to respond, and there wasn't a place at the bottom just for a quick reply..I know that you can click "Post Reply" but I just like to have a quick reply, adn sometimes that just isnt' there....It's happened on some other threads also....Anyone know why....
P.S. I didn't really know where to post this so, I just thought about this one.....

That is because the message has been locked by the moderators.
This usually happens when a post is going too far off topic, or is deemed, unrelated to RC, or just plane unnecessary.
There is a symbol at the left of the thread that will indicate that the thread is locked. See pic:
