Where are the forums?

Where are the forums?
When I visited today, "My Forums" brought up a control pannel to (re)select forums. However, Scale and Scratch Building weren't listed. What's up?

Are you sure scale and scratch building are not there as choices? Do Ctl-F to do a find on the page to find them as they should be there. That list shows all the forums. There are many so it could be easy to miss.
