It looks like it's only tempgun.com's add is appearing ovewr top of the drop-down menus

other adds look ok it comes on the top left of the home page and such. didn't know if anyone noticed.

have not seen this. what browser are you using? is this on every page?

I use a maxthon browser, now the add is on the right top

It is the market place pages I guess.

what is maxthon? never heard of it. we support firefox, netscape 7.2 and higher, IE 5 and up. other browsers not written well could show just about anything

I've been using maxthon for a year or so . It has more functions than I'll ever know what to do with. I can't even use a regular one now. haha. This tempgun.com add just started appearing on top of the dynamic menus a day or 2 ago.

this is a maxthon issue. report the bug to them so they can fix it. they are not dealing with some element correctly in the page render

I have gotten no response from maxthon, but just tried IE and the same thing happens. I don't know much about this stuff, but it is the only "white" background add. It is the only add that does it and it is at times on the right or the left.

In either position it will cause the drop-menus to come down appearing below the add not like all the other adds the drop down apears on top.

Any one else having this? It seems to appears every couple of minutes mostly in the market pages.

what Operating system are you using? also was it IE6 for browser?

Windows xp home edition and yes IE6 I tried to capture image of screen , but cannot figure out how .

yes. I found the problem. flash ads like to layover dhtml menus. there is a call to fix it but for some reason it isn't replacing our servers cache yet so I'm working on it. for now we replaced it with a gif image instead until I can clear the ad server cache to include the code to make the flash sit under the menu

Hi, guys. It's an old thread, but the banner add on the top-left of the market page is appearing on top of the drop-down menu again. Seems the same as before (resurect old thread ) One add I noticed in particular was redcat racing, the other one I cannot remember, only seems to be when it is in the left position. see ya,,,

EDIT , it happens on right side also (red-cat racing)

I'll take a look at this over the weekend to see if it can be fixed. In the meantime just click the main menu button to take you into that section and you can reach the different areas once in.

the redcat add and the roomraider add are on top of the drop-down menus. [:-]

ps nice site. I just read above and might have something to do with new servers ?? high performance I am sure.

the ad server upgrade which hopefully will start to fix this issue is in about a week or so if all goes as planned so hang tight for now

Yes, the white lighlights on the drop-downs are nice and are very smooth now, works great.
