Could anybody here help me to find my web site?

My web page www.elcharco.rcclubs.com is not online since a while but I´m not sure what´s happening.

We own rcclubs.com but the company that provided the template based system has disappeared. we are looking to make our own hosting service but it would require webmasters to do normal html rather then the gui template system that rcclubs.com was based on before.

I could change our club´s pages to pure html, but:

Where are the files I upload?
Will the main address be changed?
When could I start to change my pages?

We would likely keep the same address. The upload instructions would be sent to you. this would be a webhosting service. How much were you paying per month on the old plan? We would likely charge less then the rate that was being charged. I don't have my papers in front of me so if you know offhand please advise.

You would be able to start once we get the dedicated server all setup and rolling so signup is automated.

I was paying 7.95 until 1-5 in the old plan.

Please inform me as soon as you know the web hosting service is ready.
