Does the moderator determine if the message is a sticky? If so how do you go about asking that a post be made a sticky?

Only Moderators are allowed to post stickys, and that is at administrator's discretion. We try to limit stickys to prevent the forums from becoming too cluttered.

Who do you contact to ask if it is possible for your post to be made a sticky? I see notices to big fly-ins that would be nice if they were made into a sticky.
