For some reason I can not get the drop down menus to work Fedora Core 4 and Firefox(that's what I get for switching from Slackware). I have JRE and the plugin installed and in my plugins directory(not sure if this is the problem, but made sure anyways). Anyone have any ideas? It works fine in Windows with Firefox, but not Linux for some reason. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, 1.0.6. I used a pre-compiled RPM version though, I might try uninstalling that and downloading the one straight from the Mozilla site. I will have to wait til I get home later tonight to do it though.

Well I was unsuccesful at installing the version directly from Mozilla. The only one I can get to work are the RPM ones. Whenever I run the installer it is wanting libstdc++.so.5, while I have .6. Tried renaming the .6 to .5 but it still found version discrepencies. I don't see how this could be the problem with the menus, but I wouldn't rule it out. The only option I have left is to download the source and compile it myself. I don't have the time right now, but give me a few days and I can give it a shot. If you want to wait until I try that before setting up a dev box that's fine.
