How do I block someone and when done, can they still send me PM's? Do they know they are being blocked if a PM is sent my them to me?

Take a look below each persons post and you will see the option to block them. It's been a while, but as far as I know they have no knolwedge of being blocked whether in the forum or PM. Once they are blocked, they are blocked from PM too.
