I filed a complaint on someone that sent an item different that what the ad stated. He has now returned my money. How do I go about removing the complaint against him? Thanks

Click the Buy & Sell link at the top of the page, then select the Feedback tab. Scroll to the bottom and mark the complaint resolved.
