Why no more e-mail notifications?

Ever since I have been a member of RCU I have received e-mail notifications when a reply has been posted to a thread that I have subscribed to. A few months back this all stopped. And yes, I have checked the box for "Notify me via e-mail when someone replies". Can someone tell me how this can be fixed?
Thanks,
Ken

I have been having the same problems as well. I'll be going though the threads and see someone has made a new post on a subscribed thread but I did not receive any email notice. It does make it hard to keep up with any on going threads.

Sometimes (and all the time for awhile) my notifications landed in my "bulk mail" as spam.
All is well now and has been for awhile.

I looked through your account and the subscriptions look correct. Check that your email address in your My Account is correct. Also check your spam filters.

My e-mail address in My Account is correct. I went to my ISP and suspended spam filtering. We'll see if this works if someone will post to this thread.
Thanks a lot.

One last update.
This morning I received 53 pieces of SPAM: but nestled in the bunch was one notification from RCU. My ISP, EV1.NET, has a spam test which takes all of the 53 out but also gets RCU. The test is called Special Heuristics (whatever that means). In the subsets of this test are two called SNIFFER and WEIGHT10 [10]. These are the two that actually kill RCU.
In order to receive RCU notices I will have to leave Special Heuristics disabled but I'm willing to make the sacrifice.

Ask if ev1.net will "whitelist" us and then it won't be subject to the test. we don't spam and all emails we send are opted in with easy opt-out anytime. if they look at our site they will see this.
they probably don't like html or links in the emails

Marc, I've sent 3 e-mails to [email protected] in the last 3 days giving the above plus some additional technical data. I have not received a reply. Tomorrow I'll call their support line and talk to a live body about it. Probably somewhere in India.
