It's called an "Avitar". I don't use one but this will bring it back to the top of the page.

The picture is called an Avatar. Near the top of the forums page on the right side there's a bar that says "Settings" on the far right. Click on that link. Once you're on the settings page you'll find lots of things you can change. Scroll down until you see the section that says "My Avatar".
