Why do I keep getting this message ?

Several clicks on refresh and it finaly starts working agin...
I tried to post this in the FAQ forum but get a message I have no permission to post there ???...
Frequently I get the advertising and the rest of the page is blank ?...

Anyone else getting this...

we had a reboot of our database earlier in order to apply the latest patches. I think you hit it during the reboot.
