You can't link pictures from your computer.

You need to attach the pictures to your post by using the Upload window.
Click on the button on the bottom of the thread, then use the new window to type your reply
Click on the text that says Click here to upload images and files! below the post window to open the upload brower.

I posted two in one upload this morning. If you're having trouble, I suggest opening a thread in the Forum questions or problems forum: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/forumid_239/tt.htm .

Right now, I can't get any photos to upload. I tried one at a time and I've tried three at a time. The file sizes are small and they are jpgs.

i mean when the box comes up to brows the pictures, if you have 2 or more pictures in that box it wont load , so you have to take on pictures and load it then go click up load pic and get another pic and load it and keep repating it ,
it wont let me put 2 or 3 pictures in the one bow and then load them
it does it for all forums

test...success..

I am having difficulty duplicating this. when this happens please go to bottom of the magazine or community page on rcu and highlight text and advise if you are on server rcu1, 2, 3 or 4.

If I can determine if this is on all servers or just one it will greatly help to track it down

I still cannot get photos to loadon the nitro forum. I have no problem on rc groups and intl. waters they load fine. Your site says: There was an error saving file to disk. I had a reply to the thread I started in the: Forum Questions or problems a man said he was getting the same error. I just checked to see if there was anyone else that might have a solution and my thread seems to be missing. I started it about a week ago. Seems to be alot of people having problems loading pics. Sure would like to know where the thread went ? Dave

Dave that thread was confusing people. Are you using Safari browser? If so that is why nothing works. our upload is not compatible with safari. I've seen that error before with Safari. If not safari please advise what OS version and browser/version you are on if you want me to troubleshoot this with you further.

Edit Ok I scratched my head a bit and I think this is what you are asking me for. Like I said not swift with the computer. But learning everyday?

This is Compuserve 7.0
Windows 98 4.10 build2222
browser version: Netscape Gecko(Rev.0.9.4.2)

I got it figured out RCadim. When you told me that it could be my browser and you needed the info for my setup I went lookin for the info. Compuserve 7.0 would not work with the browser netscape geko to load images. So I remembered I also have the comp2000 withbrowser:MSIE6.0 so I did a test and it loaded the image. So I figured it was the netscape Geko browser. A few days ago my nephew told me to load the mozzilla browser I tryed and it told me I needed win xp [:@] so I deleted it well I was lookin for another browser tonight when I came across the firefox and it said it was compatable with win 98 so I gave it another try glad I did for only having dialup this setup rocks. Hey I have a Question maybe you can help me with. The only problem I have at the moment is I have all my favorites on compuserve do you know of a way to get them over to this the mozzilla browser. I imported the internet explorer stuff doing like the help section told me but cant figure how to bring over the compuserve favorites. My knowledge is growing [8D] but not that much[] Thanks Dave

You have to see if the compuserve browser has some export feature for bookmarks or if there is any way to export that list. if so you may be able to import into IE. I don't have the compuserve browser here to test so not sure
