Today I placed an ad in the Warbird forum looking for a set of Top Flite Corsair plans. For some reason the thread was removed without notifying me to tell me why. The warbird forum is the best place to look for stuff like that, that is why I placed it there. People place ads like that all the time in the warbird forum. Can someone please tell me why the thread was removed and why I was not given a reason or notified?

Want ads are to be submitted in the Marketplace at RCU. It's free and is the only place allowed. If there are others as you say, please feel free to hit the "Report" link in the post and a moderator will remove those as well.

The moderators are instructed to contact each member after a thread or post has been edited or removed, so you should have been contacted. It's possible it's in your RCU PM Inbox or a spam filter grabbed the email. It's also possible the moderator didn't notify you, which I then would consider a problem.

Thanks for the info. I checked my email and my PM inbox and there are no messages. I put another ad in the Warbird forum but I changed some of the wording. Hopefully this time the thread is ok. The Warbird forum is just the best place to look for items like plans. Sorry for the mistake.
