Unable to access RCU at home.

I have 3 computers at home which are unable to bring up the RCU website. I can log in at work with no problem under my name. Is there a problem with my IP address that wont allow me to come to this site? I can access anywhere else on the web except here. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Do you have dial-up service at home?

Cable?

DSL?

DSL service. I was able to access this site up until about a week ago. I have not changed anything on my end as far as I know.


Here at work I have T1, if that helps and I have tried with Firefox and IE at home

Try doing a traceroute to see where the connection is failing between your ISP and RCU.

OK, I can do that......but please explain how I do that? I'll google for info, see what happens.

Click START then RUN type CMD (win nt, 2k, xp) or command (95, 98)
