You'll have to use photo editing software. The simplest tool for basic photo organization and simple editing is [link=http://picasa.google.com/]PICASA[/link]. It's free and very easy to use. There are plenty others out there too if you do a search for "photo editing freeware"

Thanks I tried and was successful this time as you see from the Blade CP photo I was able to reduce in the required size. So how do these people do animation and make it move? I guess I don't understand how that could be done and less than 7K?

I'd also like to know how to do an animation/gif ... the few I've tried with freeware, I can't seem to get the file size small enough.. Is there a way to lower the quality of the pictures/gif so the file size is small enough?
