Default dropdown menu problem

for some reason, when i use the forums drop down menu to get to a forum, it says bad request (URL)

it also doesent have the dividers in it either, just a solid menu with the names of the forums....

i can still go to the main page with all forums and get to where i want to go from there, but i cant with the drop down menu

also, the menu it blocked out by adds and also behind the "font face, and font size" buttons as i type this message..
