The posts lock after 60 days and you will not be able to edit them after that.
I think that spell check is supposed to be out with the next major system upgrade, due later this year (date still not announced yet). But don't quote me on that as Marc is the final say in the that matter.

Thanks ken
Since there is no other real place for this.
What happens to the trucks u guys review?
Do the comp send u free trucks, then u assign one to one the how many editors, then they do the review, Wat happens next? do they get to keep the truck? Or do they have to send it back to the comp?
And how old is the age limit before u can apply to be an editor? i have 11+years of experience in the car/truck part of the hobby, and wanted to know if there was an age limit? of course Ur not going to to give a 500+ dollar truck to a some 12 year old no. but if it was some one older that could right up a review of the magnitude that the editors do, as well as pics and vid?

Pythonfan,
You'll need to contact Marc (RCAdmin) about doing reviews. He is the owner of RCU and makes all decisions about who does reviews.
Normally after a review the reviewer gets to keep the item an do what he wants with it. But if you think that doing a review means that you get "free stuff" then you're going to be in for a rude surprise. Reviewers get nothing for free. There is more work that goes into a review than most people realize. In fact, go to the [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/magazine]RCU Magazine[/link] and look at the "Find Articles" search option on the right side of the page. Do a search "By Author" and start looking at the large number of reviewers in there. If you look you will see that there are a huge number of people that have only done one review. This because they are totally overwhelmed by the amount of work that goes into a review, and usually don't want to do more after that. And trust me, there is a LOT of work in doing a review. At a very minimum it's going to take you 2-4 times longer to even build the item because you have to stop and take pictures of every step. Then there is the write up of the review. When all is said and done it's easy to spend 100+ hours on a review.
Anyway, at a minimum for doing a review you're going to need to have a good technical knowledge on the items you are reviewing, you'll need a good digital camera, you'll need access to a video camera, you'll need to be able to write at least high school level English level, you'll need a good working knowledge of HTML, you'll need to be able to edit video, and you'll need to be able to work on a deadline. If you're still interested you should send a PM to Marc and let him know you're interested.

Don't forget that you'll also need to be able to edit those pictures and videos. And you need to be able to put it all together in a web page
While we have no age restrictions that I know of, I doubt that they would use anyone under the age of 18 due to contractual obligations.
But then, who knows.
What I would suggest is: Buy a product that has not been reviewed by RCU magazine. Assemble it taking pictures along the way. Shoot and edit a video wrap it all up in HTML code and submit it. Who knows, maybe you're a natural
