When i use the quick reply SOMTIMES i get this page http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/first.asp NOT everytime but even if i click the back button and refresh it still doesnt work, but yet i have posted with the quick reply elswhere and it works fine?

I use quick reply most all the time and only get that page if I had let the screen set for too long (maybe 5-10 minutes?)
