I'm using AOL and I seem to be having trouble posting or replying to messages...

I often get the error "
We are sorry...
You are seeing this message because of one of the folling reasons:"

the solutions are
1- Java (I have mine up to date)
2- session ID (not to sure about this but I am simply clicking reply and replying in a short ammount of time)
3- cashe files (I've cleared out the AOL "Footprint" files)

any other idea's?
The best solution I have had was to use IE7, but I'm more comfortable using my AOL.

(perhaps the problem is just in a thread I frequent alot)

if specific to a thread lmk that thread. if happening often in the forums lmk too because we upgraded our load balancer which coudl have config issues
