Default "Rep" definition

Hello,

If I pay the same type of discounts that everyone gets, does this mean I am not a "rep" per RCU rules?

If I pay for "demo" items, or items at "trade" prices for review, do I have to disclose this?

Thanks in advance,

Default RE:

Safest practice is to disclose and always be honest. This will be even more important as the FTC cracks down on pay per post and shill type communications on the internet. You can never go wrong disclosing. Also I think people will appreciate the disclosure and not hold it against any reviewer if they have built up a reputation for giving the good along with the bad.
