This website is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow lately. Page does not load, gives error, takes forever?

What's going on here?

We are having many server issues.  Some of it is from monitors we placed on the servers 2 weeks ago for a load evaluation as we plan for capacity in the coming weeks.  These monitors determine peak loads and will allow us to establish enough resources to handle peaks with better reliablity.

Should be resolved shortly and once new servers are online things will fly.  I'm aware of it and we have been working on it

I think this should be fixed. I found two issues which should be resolved. Please advise
