I'm having lots of trouble with RCU while using Safari. This is on 10.6 with all updates and the most recent version of Safari, but it was present with the previous version as well.

When I visit a thread, I often see only the posts that were present when I last visited the thread. New posts that have been made to the thread do not appear. Sounds like a caching issue, but I also occasionally get a blank page on a thread I've previously visited. Reloading the page results in the same blank page.

This is on two different Macs, and is an intermittent problem. It's been going on for a couple of months. I've got no problems with any other sites or forums.<br type="_moz" />

Safari doesn't play well with the RCU software. On my mac I use Firefox and all the issues went away

Bummer.  I'm not switching browsers for just one site.

There must be something outside of a web standard that is causing safari to have cache issues.  It will be some time until we can address this.  We'll probably not address it with our current software and instead test with our site overhaul sometime later this year.
