Looking for camera setup for rc touring car
#1
Hi-
I need schooling on what it would take to record good quality wideangle indoor videos with a lightweight camera mounted on a touring car.
I see a lot of small cameras but I am guessing they require extra equipment to record videos. I am guessing a wi-fi transmitter/antenna would be needed and a laptop to receive and hold the videos?
I am not looking to do the FPV goggle thing. PS I have an orange runcam, the video is "OK" but it is way to heavy.
Thanks
Ken

This is kinda confusing, are you just looking to record video and that's it? You are saying that the runcam is too heavy? Is that why you were considering an FPV setup? I have run an analog FPV setup on a 1/28 scale car no problem and have also stuck gopros on them.
