The FAAhas stepped up in my town and nailed Mr. Alejandro Jimenez, 33 from Orlando for flying is unmanned aircraft in unrestricted airspace due to SB 55 in Tampa, Florida yesterday... It blows my mind since this guy was actually a certified drone pilot / Airmen.... The Feds still have this guy in jail...wow!!!

Yikes, lesson here: play dumb and fly drones that don't track your flight path! ... and don't fly near or over public events.
