Although we can't use 1.2GHz over here, the Sunsky seems to be the best value for dollar with 300mW more power and Tx/Rx combo for less than the Lawmate Tx only.
The user reviews also look good.
Have you checked out [link=http://www.rangevideo.com/]RangeVideo[/link]

Outdooz, this is NOT a FPV friendly web site. Very few FPVers post in this forum. Just letting you know.
The 1st link is good out to about 2500 feet with the stock antennas.
The 2nd link is a re-branded Fox 800. Its real power output is 500mw. Good reviews, but only good out to 3000-3100 feet with the stock antennas,
3rd link is the 500mw lawmate again. Not very good reviews and illegal to use in the US.
Now back to the 1000mw lawmate. It is legal to use, and with a patch antenna added to the Rx, it is good well past 2-3 miles with the stock antenna on the Tx. More than 15 miles with the right antennas.
You seem hellbent on buying from China. If you have a problem with something, good luck getting service from China. Its not going to happen.
Tim at ReadymadeRC is full time, and will take care of you if you have any problems with any of your gear. And you will get your stuff in 2 days.

I pick this one.

Here is a video of that 300mW Tx being used. If you fast farward to 8:30 in the video, the plane is 2 miles away useing a "tuned" 1280 patch antenna on the vRx.
