Question ESC Selection - FPV Raptor V2 MOD

Hi everyone,
Id like some suggestions as to what brand, amperage ESC I should outfilt onto my new build. I just took the stock motor out of a Volantex FPV Raptor V2 glider and I am putting a new MN3110 Tiger Motor 780KV. I am also installing an APM 2.7 mega pilot master set with gps; 915mhz telemetry. The motor specs say the max current is around 25amps and the wattage at 480W. I am looking at the 40 and 60 amp Tmotor escs. Also the Eflite 60 amp esc looks ok. I will running only 4 analog servos. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help in advance!
