Naza V2 Wont connect to Pc/Mac

Naza V2 Wont connect to Pc/Mac
Hello people,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this hope it is
i am about to go crazy with this naza v2. I bought it used with all the cables etc. to swap it for my apm 2.5. everything was fine with the apm, the reciever etc... now, the problem is that when I turn on my controller and then plug in my battery to naza, then i plug the usb to my computer and turn on the naza app but it wont connect to naza app. still blue and red dots on the pc and the lights on naza led is first flashing green and red a couple of times then it starts to blink only green. i tried it both on mac and pc. i connected and turned on naza before installing the drivers, then install the drivers, then open the app. but still wont work. thanks for the helps in advance.
