Default Rocket mod

I have a Sparc RQ1L Predator and i have an estes model rocket, I want to launch the rocket but have no release mechanism or a way to attach the rocket to it. My rocket has a battery in it that is attached to an igniter but i just need a release or something else to actuall drop it, other than a servo because my radio is 3ch and has no other way of getting another channel.
Any ideas?

Why not use the principle of the plane moving forward/drag on the rocket which will hold it in place, rocket fires and moves forward releasing itself, to make up a tab/groove or stick/tube or similar mount for your rocket.

I have just added to the plane a 6ch reciever to a 4ch radio. Which means extra servos! For now im testing a torpedo bomb with a parachute. It is basic and can be upgraded to fire rockets: the drop and ignite type. and this might be the best for my rocket.
Basically, the release is a piece of plastic film wrapped around the torpedo and the end is attached to the wing by masking tape and the other end is placed about 1mm into a slot i cut into the wing a piece of string is attached to the middle of the film. The servo is attached to the string and voila. servo pulls string, pulling the film and releasing the torpedo bomb. here are the pics.
Wing, torpedo wrapped with the parachute, and unwraveled parachute. these are large hi def photos.

I think we all have dreamed of this and developed plans of how we would... Unfortunately or fortunately for us here who fly with AMA, it is illegal. So we will have to live vicariously through you in Canada. That being said, video would be nice
