I have used a T6XAS with the elevon function successfully. But now that I also have a T6EXA I wanted to transfer a flying wing to this transmitter. I have activated Wmix and set EL, but the elevators are reversed while the ailerons are OK. Changing the directions of the servos can't seem to straighten this out.

Thanks for posting this. We've notified Futaba about this difficulty on the elevon mixing in the 6EXA transmtter. As soon as we know anything, it will be made known.
We do know that this doesn't affect any other functions of the transmitter, so if you're not using elevon mixing, you won't have problems.

Futaba rushed out this piece of junk transmitter in my opinion.
It was AFTER I received mine that I posted here it didn't support PCM even tho the offical Futaba website showed it did. I dind't find out it was purely FM till I received it - as I ordered it from their offical release information - which was wrong.
Did they offer to replace it? Did the offer to help get the vendor to accept it as a return?
Nope, they came here and said "oh - ok we'll change it"

I bought a 6EXA. I don't need any of the mixing features yet. But I bought it so that I can have that option in the future. I'm a newbie in flying. I bought this Tx to use instead of my Skysport 4 that came with the Avistar RTF. The memory features are the most helpful with three planes so far.
I will be interested to hear what to expect from Futaba on this matter.
I haven't mailed the registration/warranty card in yet, but it should be out in tomorrow's mail.

When we started woring with this we found the same problem. After investigating this, we found that the manual has a typographical error.
To make the elevons work properly you must set it up as follows:
Right-hand control surface in channel #2
Left-hand control surface in channel #1
This is the important point.
You then set the channel reverse setting to get them to work in the correct direction. Depending upon which side of the servo your pushrods come off, both channels will be set to normal or both to reverse.
This works whether the control horns are on the top or the bottom of the control surface.
