Default FUTABA 10CG FLAP PROGRAMMING

I'm struggling to programm my flaps on a TF SEA FURY on a FUTABA 10 CG. I followed word by word instructions using channel 6 and 8 (aux) ch. and activating the flaps by switch "D". No luck. Need help, can someone give me some instructions of how to go about it ?
I'm using a 2.4ghz rx (10 ch) Two Hitech servos 5645mg using channel 6 and 8 as aux. When down switch activated one servo is lagging a few seconds behind. Is there a way on this 10c that makes flaps deploy smoother ? Need help. Thanks

Charles.

Bax............thanks for your reply.........I'll try it out. Replaced my Hitec with Futaba 9252 on test bench, no lagging experienced. Lagging is probably due to that RX battery was getting low. Thanks.
