I sold my 14Z, and having used it for a long while, and using before the 9ZAWC2, I'm looking for a lower priced option. I looked at the 10CA and the 8FG, and I am wondering... Apparently both systems are 8 proportional and 2 on/off channels. The 8FG offers triple rates in the 3 channels I would like them (ail, rudd, ele),while the 10CA doesn't. Neither offers flight conditions (airplane)? What would be the advantage of the 10 channel over the 8?
Thanks

Thanks. So there is no advantage of the 10CAG over the 8FG? If I'm understanding you right, the fact of the matter is the 8FG might be a better option than the 10CAG?
Again, thanks.
Again, thanks.

If you are very familiar with programming the 9C, then the 10C is a great option. If you are coming from a simpler system, the 8FG would be the transmitter of choice.

So looking at the "feature comparison" chart the 10C is only 8 channels when in PPM? And isn't 2.4 Ghz only PPM? I am getting more confused. The way I understand it the 10C is only 10 channels when NOT on 2.4 Ghz. Do I understand that correctly? But the 8FG is 2.4 Ghz with 8 proportional and 2 on/off channles? Looking forward to your answers as I am trying to decide on a new radio. I also don't understand "PPM:8/12" under the 12FG column for number of channels.
Thanks, Tom
