Greeting everyone,
I've recently purchased CGY-750 flybarless system, but it had a slight issue with pitch channel. I've tryed writing to futaba support and to reseller, both times with no luck.
I'm amazed, how that could be, that one of the general RC vendors has no support for new porduct on a market.
I'm confused, are there any suggestions what to do? I'd hate to waste the money giving up the idea of contacting them.

How do you post your support requests? I''ve been waiting for a week.
I tried [email protected], got auto reply and suggestion to respond for it "if I still need support".
I sent response - till this moment no answer.
Maybe there is another way?

Are you trying to contact Futaba Support in your own country or here in the US? While we normally offer support only to US and Canada, we often do help users in other countries, but our email support is actually [email protected].
It sounds as though the email address you were trying ([email protected]) is offering to send you to other sites for help.
Please try contacting our support here in the US at [email protected]
Sincerely,
Krysta

It's a little misstakie in previous message.
First letter was to:[email protected]
I got:

Thank you for your recent e-mail.Thank you for your recent e-mail. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN INTELLIGENT AUTOMATED RESPONSE BASED SPECIFICALLY ON THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE SUBMITTED. .....
The second message went to:[email protected]
No reply from there unfortunately
I was waiting for Flybarless system from futaba so much, got it first of all and end up with such dissappointment
It's first system in Russa and many people waiting for it's review to make own desisions on purchase. Unfortunately it was buggy, now I really don't know what to do.
Is there a chance I get normal system from Futaba?

It is very good, that you are well informed. I'm impressed.
Could you please clarify, how does such interactions happen?
1. How should I send package (should it be the whole package or just system+sensor)?
2. Should vendor/distributor cover transport fees?
3. How good are the chanses that system gets repaired?(sympthoms described here)
Thank you for your replies. It was a great relief to hear from you.
