To do this, you would need to create Offset Pmixes.
First go into a blank Mix, set the Master as Offset, the slave as Flap, and activate the mix. Set this to any 3 position switch you would like to control this function, set the switch to activate in the Center position, set Link as On, and set the rate to 18%.
Now go into the next free mix, setting the very same configuration, but this time set the rate to 30%.
This sounds like what you may be looking for.
