Default 12FG Butterfly

Okay, I have butterfly working to a point. I seem to have everything working except the left flap which is on CH 7 AUX 5. The Butterfly function seems to control flap and flap2 channels. Flap2 is CH 8, but I am using a 7 CH receiver. If I view the servo monitor I can see that CH 6 & CH 8 are moving the two flap channels. How do I get my left flap to move with the right flap when operating the Butterfly feature?

Thanks,

Mike

Set channel 7 in the transmitter to FLAP2 and your difficulty is solved.

Hey Bax.

I just figured that one out. Slowly learning the radio. I just wish that Futaba would put examples in the manual showing how to set up different programming features. They also should put out some training videos showing how to program the 12FG using a glider, airplane, and heli showing a start to finish set up of the above models!!!

I have had two different RC guys that own Spectrum Tx radios and both have stated that the 12FG radio is NOT user friendly!
